The import of ergonomics is finding its way into the weightlifting realm. I see a new squat bar with a padded shoulder brace and handles that defer holding the barbell with that awkward position.. So designers are now understanding that to get better results and performance and reduce injury. It’s important to incorporate ergonomics into. the design of equipment.
When you look at shape, defines us and performance drives us. You can equate that to aerodynamics and racing cars.
The definition of aerodynamics, according to the Oxford dictionary is “ Of or having a shape which reduces the drag from air, moving past, the plane has a more aerodynamic shape”
So you see there are applied designs to improve movement through air a lot like swimming, moving through the water. There are techniques to get more torque and power through the water when swimming competitively.
The reason I bring this up is because ergonomics is the same applied science here are some definitions about ergonomics.
“ The study of people in their working environment. More specifically and ergonomist designs are modifies the work to fit the worker not the other way around the goal is to eliminate discomfort and risk of injury due to work.”
“ Ergonomic means special attention has been given to the design to make sure it is the best possible fit for the user the environment and the task”
“Ergonomics uses anthropometrical data to determine the optimal size shape and form of a product”
Lastly, “ Poor economics can increase the risk of injuries”
The reason I bring this to everyone’s attention is the importance of the design of the GP3 Intelligence ergonomically.
Watch Don has been put into the comfort the loss of power which equates to the aerodynamics through inefficient equipment, not only increases injury due to the lack of poor quality reps and posture, but also does not always activate the muscles that are target. So the design of the GP3 Intelligence takes all of this in mind when it was designed and manufactured.
The purpose of the GP3 Intelligence is to increase your performance while pumping iron , activate the targeted muscle groups and reduce the risk of injury.
We at Health Intrinsic Technology, “Where Good Health is Your Greatest Asset” are at the right place in the curve of bringing ergonomics into weightlifting equipment.
Once we see this having a positive impact on people using it in this industry, we tend to roll out to sport equipment like fishing poles, tennis rackets, golf clubs, power tools, like chainsaws, and the work environment, including delivery drivers
All of the things I mentioned above because of poor design have caused is injuries and lack of efficient performance
GP3 Intelligence is designed to fight hand fatigue And the issues that are derived from it such as carpal tunnel.
Use the GP3 intelligence in the weight room and feel the difference
It’s designed with you and mine
I hope your day goes your way!
